job responsibilities:
1, the preparation of chip, semiconductor research and development project applications, project plans, complete the information to promote the company's internal and external application;
2. Assemble the project team, integrate resources, organize research and development as required according to the plan, and arrange and solve various problems in the project development process as a whole;
3. Be responsible for the overall planning of the project, cooperate with the business to clarify customer needs, and accelerate the mass production process of the project;
4. Analyze and integrate the technological development trends and trends of relevant companies at home and abroad, develop independent key innovative technologies, organize teams to complete key research, and make overall arrangements for project acceptance;
5, responsible for the management of project technical data, timely sorting and application of patent technology;
6, complete other work items arranged by the superior leadership.

Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree/doctor's degree, major in optics, physics, materials, microelectronics, etc., good English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. At least 5 years of chip related research and development experience, with overall design capability from materials to chips and devices;
3. Be familiar with the process and principle of laser realization, be familiar with the energy band theory of semiconductor materials, and various gain and loss mechanisms inside the laser;
4. Be familiar with the mode coupling theory of DFB, and the influence of various grating structures on the mode, familiar with the design points of high-speed chips and packages, and the influence factors of packaging on device results;
5, familiar with laser noise, line width, chirp and other parameter testing principles, familiar with MOCVD chemical reaction kinetics and mass transport and surface process;
6, proficient in matlab, matchcad, Rsoft, zmax software, proficient in labview, igor or VB instrument control command writing.
