The bursting of traffic in the cloud data center has driven the operating rate of optical modules to escalate and accelerate and is currently in the process of upgrading from 100GB to 400GB or even 800GB. All the export data of the data center in the future will need to undergo internal massive calculations (especially the rise of internal traffic/export traffic of AI, VR, and other applications), the rapid increase of data transmission within the data center, and the flattened data center architecture. Litecore has greatly increased investment in technical R&D and production base for mass production of 25G, 100G, 200G, 400G optical modules.
FTTX
Video conferencing and cable TV has led to the popularity of fiber-to-the-home deployment. PON, as a leading technology in the field of fiber-to-the-home application, is also widely used in PDH SONET, ATM/SDH, data communication and telecommunication network access networks.
Take GPON SFP OLT module for example. GPON SFP modules can be adopted to accelerate the speed and capacity for GPON network upgrade, FTTx, business service, or wireless backhaul applications. They can provide a smooth upgrade to the GPON network by seamlessly fitting into the existing equipment. At the same time, the GPON SFP modules are very cost-effective since they can replace several external devices without extra powering, which makes it a great solution for service providers to upgrade to GPON networks.

5G Network
With the commercially available of 5G technology, the development of 5G mobile and wireless networks has progressed at a rapid pace. The significant increase in base station density, along with demands on latency, bandwidth and network flexibility, have placed higher requirements on the 5G network architecture and associated transmission solutions. Thus elevating the quality of the fiber optic transceivers applied in 5G networks.
Compared with the BBU and RRU two-level architecture of the 4G LTE access network, the 5G RAN will evolve into a three-level structure of CU, DU and AAU. For 5G bearers, Litecore provides 25G/25G BIDI/25G CWDM/50G/100G high-speed optical modules in the preamble, intermediate transmission and backhaul access layers, and 100G/200G/400G high-speed optical modules in the backhaul aggregation and core layer.
