Founded in 2011, Fujian Z.K. Litecore Co., Ltd. (LITECORE) is a pioneering enterprise led by Dr. SU Hui, who currently serves as a research group leader and doctoral supervisor at the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (FJIRSM, CAS). With over two decades of extensive experience in semiconductor laser research and optoelectronic integration processes, Dr. SU's leadership has propelled LITECORE to the forefront of the industry.
LITECORE boasts a comprehensive suite of production lines encompassing MOCVD wafer epitaxial growth, nano/micro chip processing, device packaging, as well as burn-in and life test systems. Our primary products include InP-based epitaxial wafers, chips, TO CANs, and optical devices, among others. As a high-tech company with independent intellectual property rights, LITECORE possesses the capability to independently design and manufacture optical chips and devices for widespread deployment.
