1. Technical Highlights: Launch of Multiple High-End New Products

      Next-Generation 1310nm CW 400mW High-Power Silicon Photonic Light Source Chip: Supports high-density interconnection scenarios such as NPO/CPO, meets the requirements of ELSFP external light source modules, features low RIN ( < -145 dB/Hz ), high SMSR ( >40 dB ), and wavelength extendable to CWDM4.   

      Ultra-Narrow Linewidth Laser: The narrow linewidth characteristic effectively suppresses phase noise interference and optimizes signal transmission quality. The product features a linewidth of <5 kHz, extremely low phase noise, high side-mode suppression ratio ( >45 dB ), and an operating wavelength of 1550nm, with support for customized wavelengths from 1530nm to 1565nm. It is widely applicable in scenarios such as coherent communication, distributed sensing, RF and microwave photonics, and LiDAR.     

     Nano ITLA: Achieves high-precision temperature control and wavelength tuning based on proprietary lithography technology. Core optical materials, including gain chips, etalons, and phase tuning chips, are self-developed and manufactured. The linewidth performance is industry-leading, with an average below 30kHz, and proprietary technologies cover ultra-broad spectra C++/L++/C+L.

2. Core Scenario Enablement: Full-Stack Solutions for AI Cluster Networks

     Scale-up/Scale-out Scenarios:Provides silicon photonic light source products in various specifications, including 1310nm CW 70/100/400mW and CWDM4, supporting high-speed, high-density interconnect applications such as 400G/800G/1.6T and NPO/CPO.    

     Scale-across Scenarios: Provides iTLA tunable light source products for coherent optical modules, breaking through transmission bottlenecks to achieve ultra-long-distance interconnection in data centers. Supports applications such as 400G ZR/ZR+ and 800G ZR/ZR+, handling the AI data surge and meeting high-bandwidth throughput requirements.    

     OCS Optical Switching Scenarios:Provides SOA semiconductor optical amplifiers for optical signal loss compensation, ensuring stable output power and signal quality. Leveraging the carrier injection effect of SOAs, nanosecond-level optical switching can also be achieved. Supports rapid reconfiguration of OCS network topologies and elastic bandwidth allocation.
