1. InP optical chip technology platform, independently developed and produced SOA chips. Vertical integration from chip epitaxy, wafer fabrication, coating to device packaging.

2. Application:

• C+L SOA is used in a 1:1 supporting manner with C+L iTLA in relevant optical modules.

• It is applied to signal amplification in the fields of long-haul coherent communication, data center interconnection (DCI), lidar, and coherent detection.
